Summary
Children who leads inactive lifestyle will turn into coach potatoes. Parents should increase children physical activity to ensure they become fit and healthy adults. during evening time, instead of watching the television, adults should bring their own children out to take a walk in the park. Studies shows that children who watches a lot of television at the age of 10 were 42% more likely to spend more than three hours daily in front of screens than their parents during childhood.

Opinion
Personally, i believe that Singapore teenagers should not spend more than four hours in front of a screen daily. this includes to not watch the hand phone screen for more than two to three hours continuously. Parents have a great role to play in ensuring that their child is staying healthy in stead of being a coach potato. parents should also know when to confiscate a phone when the child is too engross on the phone.
