Summary:
There is a number rise in the use of mobile phones to commit a crime.Criminals around the world has mostly been using phones to commit crimes.Recently,from South Yorkshire,there are four people which use others people's phones to call premium rates lines they ran.They are being jailed for a fraud now.
Opinion:
I think that mobile phones as it advantages and its disadvantages and we should the mobile phones properly as it is rather than using it to harm other people in the community.
