Link to bullying online...
Creating a safe environment for teens to surf the net is important for teens. Ask.fm have been providing simple and effective tools to help users to protect themselves from explicit contents. They have also provide protocols to detect and remove unwanted contents, therefore now user cannot see the contents that he doesn't want to see. Teens and parents could download those apps suggested to understand the risk of bullying and also how to stay out of the mix of unknown social networks.
I think that teenagers should be more careful of what they surf online and what they share with their friends online. Parents must also have the responsibility to look after and authorize their child.
I also think that what Ask.fm is doing now is right, users can now use the protocol and block unwanted or explicit images, contents. With those suggested applications being downloaded now, parents and teens can know more of how to not become involve in online bullying.
